Our Mission
Family Support Centers (FSC) are community-based resource hubs where families can access formal and informal support to promote their health and well-being. We seek to provide multiple programs, services, and resources to families with children., which increase parenting skills and protective factors.

Here at the Roane County FSC we are here to support you. We offer lots of services including but not limited to food, clothing. baby, household, and hygiene pantries. We are here to help families be able to support themselves and their children. Our services are provided with grant funded assistance by the DoHS.

having trouble with transpoRTATION? Call the Little Kanawha
The Little Kanawha Bus is a transit service serving Calhoun, Gilmer, Jackson and Roane Counties and provide regular trips to Charleston and Parkersburg. Here at the FSC we are happy to help with bus fare etc. Call 866-354-5522
